I Have A Problem With White Rock Looking Things Black

I have a problem with white Rock looking things black specks crawling itching aND biting all these things are comming out of my pores I have been sick with this for a whole year and a half the dermatogist confirmed that it was definitely something living under my skin because I showed him vidios of when I apply vasoline or lotion they come to the surface and I also showed him in person by greeting my body down so he could see when I smother them by packing my pores with cream are oil he only did one skin biopsy to check for mites and it wasnt them . So now he is seding me to ucla but I am suffering so bad while waiming for an appointment that might take 3 or 4 months
