I Have A Prolapsed Bladder And I Have Recently Returned

I have a prolapsed bladder and I have recently returned home from a trip. While traveling, I had to lift my luggage to be placed in the overhead compartment on the plane. Earlier today, I noticed very light vaginal discharge (light pinkish red). Tonight, the discharge is brown and I have some abdominal pain. Should I be concerned? Typically, this type of pain is temporary and goes away after a day.
