I Have A Protruding Lump On My Tailbone About 4

I have a protruding lump on my tailbone about 4 inches long and 2 inches tall. It gets very painful if I sit down for just 10 minutes. If you press on it it also feels like there may be fluid underneath. Is there anything I can do for it? What might it be?
