I Have A Psychiatrists Office I Have Been Going To

I have a psychiatrists office I have been going to for seven years. So far I have seen two different nurses. After giving them a fair try I fired one and this one I see now want to fire.I don't think she is hearing me. They have other providers and I would rather see someone else.I am almost ready to go to my family Dr. But am still trying to figure out how to deal with this so I can stay with the psychiatry office. I am afraid to ask for a new person because I don't know if large practices frown on this. Do you have any suggestions how to handle this sticky situation. Or should I drop them and go to my family Dr.
