I Have A Pulling, Painful Feeling On The Left Side

I have a pulling, painful feeling on the left side of my neck. My head hurts too and i feel kind of light headed? I arrived home from a long traveling and i walked around with a heavy bag on my other shoulder. I also feel tingling in my lips and a weird feeling in my left arm(though this could be from getting nervous because of the pain)
