I Have A Pulling Sensation From My Belly Button To

I have a pulling sensation from my belly button to my lady parts. I've never had children, my cycle is regular, and I don't have trouble urinating. I am 19 and have experienced this very occasionally for a couple years now. The sensation is sometimes very sharp and sometimes just uncomfortable. It only last for a few seconds then usually goes away. I'm not sure if this could be related but when I was younger I had abdominal migraines and was believed to have a hernia by my belly button (which is not there anymore). As far as I know, the abdominal migraines have stopped but I am a chronic migraine sufferer. I also have a scarred left kidney and have been prone to bladder infections (again, mostly when I was younger), but because there's no pain when I urinate I hesitate to believe it's linked to that.
