I Have A Pump Underneath My Ribcage, But It's On

I have a pump underneath my ribcage, but it's on my right back side. It hurts when I touch it and when I don't touch it as well. The pain is always there, i had a gallbladder attack the day before the bump appeared. It hurts and I'm loosing appetite, sleeping is uncomfortable as well. I've the pump for 3 days now.
