I Have A Puncture Like Hole On The Inside Of

I have a puncture like hole on the inside of my left breast. i had what Dr. thought was a fungal infection, but fungal meds didn't work. Dr. put me on silverdene cream. that seemed to heal rash/ abcess, but I have a hole that drains a serous fluid. What can cause this and what can heal this. I am scheduled for surgery on my cervical spine and surgeon is thinking of cancelling it. please help.
