I Have A Quarter Sized Lump About A Inch From

I have a quarter sized lump about a inch from my belly button on the left side. It's painful to touch or have clothing press against it. At first you could grab it and it's a solid mass but now it's either swollen or so far under the skin that's it's hard to grasp but you can feel it by pressing. I thought it was a cyst but hasn't gone away for almost 2 weeks now and is becoming more painful plus making me feel nauseous and flushed as well as light headed and very sweaty at times. Any idea what this could be? I don't have insurance temp so making a dr appt isn't an option. I can go to the ER if need be. The rest of my stomach has become swollen like and I've been very bloated the last week or so.
