I Have A Question - My Boyfriend And I Had

I have a question - my boyfriend and I had sexual intercourse last Sunday and then again 2 days ago. I have been on the depo shot for over 2 years; my boyfriend and I use condoms every time and he pulls out right before ejaculation with the condom still on. From having intercourse 2 days ago (Friday night), I noticed brown discharge and brown blood (kind of like spotting) this morning (Sunday). It's not heavy, but I noticed some minor abdominal cramps and I'm expecting my period in about 2 weeks. I took a pregnancy test this morning from last Sunday just for a peace of mind even though he pulls out with the condom on each time and it came back negative. Is everything ok? Is this normal? Should I take another test in another week? One thing I have to mention is that this intercourse was a little more rougher than usual.
