I Have A Question. I Had A D And C

I have a question. I had a d and c last month on the 17th then I had my period. I started my period I think on Sunday it was pinkish and then nothing until Monday spotted brown and then nothing and today I spotted brown again. I dont know if this is breakthrough period or what. When they did a d and c they said everything was normal except I had a miscarriage. I thought my period would be back to normal now so I dont know what to think. Please help.
