I Have A Question I Had Recently Had Protected Sex

I have a question I had recently had protected sex and noticed the next day that my vagina was very irritated and itchy I have not had any discharge the only symptoms have had on my vagina is itchy and soresness especially when I urinate as well as I wipe myself after urinating. I noticed today that the area on my vagina is still very irritated and that it seems as if the skin between my vagina and butt is almost like swollen a bit and very raw to the touch which also hurts when I wipe after urinating what could this possible be from?
