I Have A Question. I Was Born With Anoxic Brain

I have a question. I was born with Anoxic Brain Injury along with cognitive impairment, learning disability, ADHD and developmental disabilities. When I was a baby, I had oxygen deprivation. I've made a lot of accomplishments, but I'm looking for a functional Neurologist in Northern Virginia
