I Have A Question About My Blood Pressure. I'm 46,

I have a question about my blood pressure. I'm 46, 180lbs, non smoker or drinker, have long health issues. Fibromyalgia, chronic headaches, bi polar, gerd. My blood pressure has only started being a problem about 6 months ago. Bringing me to my question no one has answered. When this started I noticed ringing in my ears. I mean this high pitch whistle that doesn't stop nor can it be ignored. Think of a dog whistle in your head 24/7. I'd like to know why this is happening. I do know now that I take blood pressure meds it's only happening at night now. Because of it I began tracking my blood pressure. I've found it's high at night. Tonite 147/117. My doctor increased my meds today so I don't know if it will stop now. I'm taking Diltazem 360mg. That starts tomorrow. I was taking 240. Can someone please tell me why my ears ring like this and how to stop it. All I've been told is to ignore it which doesn't work. any ideas????
