I have a question about my condition. I am a 31 year old male, i am mildly sexual active and have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend about 4 months ago whom ive been with for several years. If i encounter someone else i always use a condom. About 2 months ago i noticed a shiny red spot on the front of my penis where the rim meets the shaft and merges into the other side of the rim, if that makes any sense. After several weeks it had not changed and about 3 weeks ago i noticed several other shiny red spots on the backside, or topside, of the rim of my penis. The spots varry in size and are not raised, do not itch, are not filled with liquid, and feel pretty much like normal skin. I do have Hpv gw but have not had many warts for the past year. I can tell they are not warts just by looling at them, but i cant figure out what they could be. I do smoke regularly and havent changed my diet over the time that this appeared on my penis. I havent changed soaps or my grooming routine. I did try and put antibiotic ointment on the spots, the one larger spot looked like it was dulling a little but no significant change. The larger red spot had at one point looked like the skin was flaking a little, like it was drying out but continues the same.
