I Have A Question About My Feet And The Right

I have a question about my feet and the right foot in particular. The right foot seems tingly and it's becoming more blue in color. It also looks like the blood vessels are becoming more pronounced. Last evening after a shower a large patch of scaly skin came off the sole behind the ball of the foot. - - Any suggestions?
