I Have A Question About The Birth Control Pill, Levora.

I have a question about the birth control pill, levora. I have been taking the pill for three months before hand, and just started last week. I am on the third day of my second week. My boyfriend and I had a sex without a condom but he never ejaculated inside of me. I have been nervous since this is my first time without a condom, and was wondering if it takes a week for it to be effective or a month? I am so confused by others answers!
