I Have A Question How Do I Talk To The

I have a question how do I talk to the person(s) who designed the vns I use one there is one upgrade that the vns should have! Every time someone has a seizure it should record it the strength if the seizure how long it lasted so that every time I see my dr all the information is right there. And the magnets are worthless, how can I use it if I am having a seizure and how can anyone around me use it if they don't know where to put it. They need to find a lot of people who use them and get their opinion!
