I Have A Question Regarding My Birth Control. I Take

I have a question regarding my birth control. I take a triphasic birth control and left my pack somewhere but had an extra pack with me. I was on the last pill of week 1 but couldn't remember what week I was on and took the last pill of week 2. when I found my pack I check and should have taken the last pill of week 1. Am I still protected if i had sex since I just took a pill with a higher dose of hormones or do I need to take a back up contraceptive? and do I need to use other protection for the next couple days?
