I Have A Question Regarding My Husband, Not Myself. He

I have a question regarding my husband, not myself. He has recently been experiencing symptoms such as severe dizziness, nausea, he did vomit once, and headaches. He also today, had noticed 2 or 3 white strings in his stool. Could this be some kind of parasite or worm? I am 30 weeks pregnant and do not want to contract anything from him, especially this far into my pregnancy. I do not have any symptoms either.
