I Have A Question Regarding Pre-op Eye Drops Prior To

I have a question regarding pre-op eye drops prior to a conjunctival/tenon cyst removal procedure. Would my opthamologist proceed with the scheduled procedure if I had not taken Vigamox and Pred Forte two days prior as ordered? Also, is a CBC/BMP required prior to this procedure? I've had a scleral buckle procedure done and don't recall taking eye drops prior to the procedure.
