I Have A Question So My Daughter Was Diagnosed With

I have a question so my daughter was diagnosed with generalized epilepsy and she has 2 cousins who also have seizures shoukd I worry about my son the reason y I ask is because we wonder if it's a family genetic thing and my son in last year or so started stuttering and doesn't seem to be going away should I get him checked he is nine now
