I Have A Quick Question. I Have Had The Implant

I have a quick question. I have had the implant for almost two years now. No period and no side effects. The last three days i have had every prego symptom known to man kind.
you: I took a test this morning and it was negative.
you: are these just side effects from the implant?
you: way way late side effects lol
