I Have A Quiver Or Flttuer Type Feeling At The

I have a quiver or flttuer type feeling at the base of my adams apple , were the curve is on the top of my chest, in the circle part , top of bone. It feels weird. Like a flutter maybe. Been going of for week now. Were the dip or hole feeling is at the base of the front of your neck where it meets the bone.
