I Have A Raised Black Lump On The Rear Of

I have a raised black lump on the rear of my thigh. I felt it a few weeks ago and picked it. It was like a blood blister. It then seemed to disappear. Tonight I felt it again as it is raised. I have psoriasis do am used to having little red raised lumps but this seems unusual.
