I Have A Raised Pale Yellow Like Mucus On The

I have a raised pale yellow like mucus on the lower white part of my eye. Doesn't hurt, can't feel anything different, but notice it when I put my eye makeup on in a close mirror. Showed it to my husband and he said it looks like mucus but it's there even after I put my Opti Free solution in. I wear contacts. Any idea?
