I Have A Random Circular Bruise On My Forearm With

I have a random circular bruise on my forearm with a white spot in the middle. No recollection of any impact, just trimmed my apple/willow trees the other day and the muscles were tired. Wife noticed it a few days ago but no change and my bruises normally fade quick. Just wondering if I should be concerned for a bachelor party tomorrow
