I Have A Rash At First I Thought Something Had

I have a rash at first I thought something had but me because it looks like a bite it's popping up in different parts of my body . I use cortisone it would go away then pop up in another spot. I thought it might be shingles even though I had the shot. But it's not painful it just itches.
