I Have A Rash Consisting Of Bumps (like Mosquito Bites)

I have a rash consisting of bumps (like mosquito bites) in the left breast area but below on the torso. The itching is extreme and over the counter creams aren't helping. Appeared suddenly and I haven't been outside so it is unlikely to be bugs. There are about 5 or 6 bumps and the itching has been relentless all day today. Showered this morning but no relief. Any ideas?
