I Have A Rash From Tuesday Its All Over My

I have a rash from Tuesday its all over my arms and torso and back,its a little like a heat rash or prickly heat and the spots now have come off and are bleedinf in bits,any ideas what this could be Ive tries piriton and anti fungal cream but not working
