I Have A Rash From My Shoulders To My Wrists,

I have a rash from my shoulders to my wrists, worse on the upper part of the arm. Itchy, red, warm.. no pustules??? Nothing new eaten, bathed with or washed clothing with. No new clothes worn before washing. No extra sun exposure. No new chemicals? Have no idea what it is.
