I Have A Rash-itching And Burning- Feels Like My Skin

I have a rash-itching and burning- feels like my skin is crawling! have been treated with steroid pack and antibiotics from my primary-went to my dermatologist and they have done a biopsy and culture-I am awaiting results.
This started approx. 2 months ago on my stomach below my navel. Then between my breasts and now is all over my back. What can this be?
