I Have A Rash It's Very Red It's In The

I have a rash it's very red it's in the crack of my butt it's above my anus all the way up I like the tailbone area I started using baby powder about 2 weeks ago and I've just noticed in the last week that my skin is really red and it started to itch and I thought it's because of the baby powder so I've stopped using it and my skin is flaky and dry and really itchy and I just put on Neosporin and I wanted to make sure that's okay because this is very painful please help
