I Have A Rash Made Up Of Red Dots In

I have a rash made up of red dots in a perfect square about 1/2 an inch by 1/2 an inch. I have had anitbiotis and trade all types of creams and it will not go away. It is itchy and start of with something hairline in the middle then trunks scaley. Please help the drs do not know.
