I Have A Rash My Doctor Described As Excema. But

I have a rash my doctor described as excema. But he wasn't sure. He gave me a cortisone shot, but it didn't work and I went back to him and he prescribed prednisone. I had a similar skin infection years ago on my legs I attributed to an allergic reaction to either fleas, the chemical I used to get rid of the fleas, or something else. That infection was cured by prednisone. This one started on my right elbow and has now spread to armpit and hand. I believe it is also starting to spread to my other hand. This started about 2 weeks ago. I have been on the prednisone for 36 hours and no relief. I own to dogs. One is a golden retriever with long hair whom has a lot of dander and currently has fleas again. Had to take him to the vet for his extreme lethargy, and no appetite. But he is almost 12. This rash/excema of mine itches like mad. I was using Epsom salt soaks but stopped because I thought they were drying out my skin. Also tried non prescription cortisone cream for anti itch. It didn't work either. I went into detail about the dog, because he too is sick. Hopefully unrelated to my condition, but perhaps his dander has something to do with it. I live in southern Az. near Tucson. 30 miles north in a little town called Oracle. It has sumac. Not sure if it is the poisonous variety. No poison ivy here. I garden a lot and wondered if it had anything to do with the soil or addendums I use for the soil. I do not use any chemicals. I take methadone for pain and cephalexin in a low dose for chronic uti's. I get from self cathing. The methadone might be over a year old. I have had 2 failed back ops. I have cut back from 100mgs a day along with 30mgs of oxycodone a day to just 30mgs of methadone only a day. Somedays none. No mor oxy. But always the cephalexin. How long will the methadone keep unrefrigerated ? Sorry I digressed. The rash is driving me nuts. Any ideas ? And thank you so much for volunteering your free time. I suppose if I wanted a free doc I need to got an inner city clinic or a third world country and find a doctors without borders. Ever hear of them ? Would any of you docs ever give up any of your free time for a retired carpenter living on $800. per month social security. Doubt it. After typing all this personal shit about myself and dog who is probably dying and happens to be my only friend, I learn the only way I get my question answered is if I pay you a minimum of $15 bucks. Why couldn't you just have told me up front that this is not a free service and it costs a min. of $15. No. You had to be devious about it. You had to pretend you really cared. And then,,,,,, after I spill my guts you say if I want my question answered pay $15. Well,,,,,,,,, Let me think about it.............. Hmmm... You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. But i am certain that would require a conscience. So the best thing, the only thing I can think of at this time is FUCK YOU !!!!!!!!@!@
