I Have A Rash Of 4 Round Red Flat Circles

I have a rash of 4 round red flat circles on the back of my thighs...both sides. It is now starting to appear on the front of my hips...again 4 round red flat circles...both sides. It doesn't itch. I also get quite red right under my breasts. treated it as an allergy for the last 2 months. Nothing is making it go away.
