I Have A Rash On Both Sides Of My Neck

I have a rash on both sides of my neck at the front. The affected area is small (roughly between the size of a postage stamp and a matchbox - on either side of neck). It is painless. There's no lumps or discharge, just a reddish blotchy rash. Any ideas what it is? Thanks.
