I Have A Rash On My Arms, Legs, And Torso.

I have a rash on my arms, legs, and torso. It is very itchy, and is red. I also have small bumps and blisters. My doctor isn't sure what it is, as I am not allergic to anything I have been in contact with. It also feels like there is something crawling on it or burns sometimes.
