I Have A Rash On My Body, Stomach, Back, Arms,

I have a rash on my body, stomach, back, arms, legs, for three weeks now, dermatologist said I am having an allergic reaction to something. I have never been allergic to anything in my life. I discovered tonight my cat has worms. Can my rash be from that, it is itchy and relentless.
