I Have A Rash On My Eye Lids And Under

I have a rash on my eye lids and under my eyes, it's red, itchy and making one of my eyes water all the time. I also have a rash on the side of my mouth up to my nose, on my shoulder and have a UTI. I've tried to think of everything new I've eaten or come in contact with but nothing is lessening the rashes. Could it be Simvastatin. I just started taking it within the time of these symptoms? If not, what and what do I need to do to treat it?
