I Have A Rash On My Legs, Arms, Hands And

I have a rash on my legs, arms, hands and feet. In some places it is swollen and red in other places it is kinda bumpy like little blisters and in some places it is like really swollen and it's yellowish color and it has a little red dot in the middle.
