I Have A Rash On My Right Buttock Near My

I have a rash on my right buttock near my tailbone. It started 2 days ago and now it has gotten larger and there is pus. Could this be shingles? It burns and itches. I have no fever but i have been very tired for several days. Should I go to see about this ASAP? And is it contagous?
