I Have A Rash On My Thighs, My Ams And

I have a rash on my thighs, my ams and my stomach. It gets itchy sometimes depending if I knock it. It is not scabies so I think its a stress rash? Ive had for a few wks now. I saw two doctors. One gave steriod cream . one gave scabies cream. Ive started dinking a lot or red wne, could this be giving me a reaction?
