I Have A Rash On My Upper Arm. From My

I have a rash on my upper arm. From my elbow nearly up to my shoulder and on my right leg, around my ankle all the way around the back of my leg. It itches and leaves a dry red mark. It had a red outline with little red blotches. Sometimes small yellow water pimples appear. May or may not have puss in them. I have used ring guard before. It has worked. It started to spread since I stopped. I am on some medication due to a liver deficiency. I have consulted a doctor about this they only gave me bepanthem? Please advice something this is affecting my appearance.
