I Have A Rash That Caused Swelling To My Face.

I have a rash that caused swelling to my face. I went to the dr on Mon. but today the swelling is much worse and the hives on my face have become crusty. My outer cartilidge on my ears are swollen and weeping a clear fluid. Should I see a dermatologist or a regular dr. On Monday they also saw a sore on my leg which they thought might be cellulitis. I have been taking antibiotics since yesterday.
