I Have A Rash That Forms About 4x A Year

I have a rash that forms about 4x a year always in a different area. It always forms in a straight line. It has been on the bottom of my feet, my legs, my wrists, pretty much anywhere. I am a healthy 23yr old and have no other issues, however when it comes it does itch and is raised off the skin.
