I Have A Rash That Looks Kind Of Like Shingles

I have a rash that looks kind of like shingles from about even with my urethra up. I take Invokanna so I started a Monistat vaginal cream Friday but not helping. No pain in vagina or upon urination so thought not a bladder infection. I broke out like this before I had my tonsils taken out at the age of 30. Simplex 1. Can Innvokana cause this? Or a similar rash?
