I Have A Rash, Thought To Be Shingles But Now

I have a rash, thought to be shingles but now I question the diagnosis, the rash is on the right lower abdominal region and also along the waist line. The right lower abdomen also shows intense redness and signs of bruising, very itchy and strange because of no known trauma to area, HELP!!!
