I Have A Rash Type Thing In The Crease Of

I have a rash type thing in the crease of my inner thigh and vagina. It doesn't itch, nor is it painful. My legs do get chapped a lot. Could it have something to do with that? And I know it isn't an STD. Any answers? Or suggestions to get rid of it? I just noticed it tonight. At first I thought it was a bunch of pimples so I had my wife look at it and she said it looked like a rash. No puss or anything like that...
