I Have A Rash Under O E Breast About 3inches

I have a rash under o e breast about 3inches longand an inch wide with a tail going out from it about2 Inches long. I first noticed it 2days ago and it hasn't changed much yet it is red but not itchy. Could it be first signs of shingles. I have never had them so am not familiar with what I should be looking for. For a while now I have been very tired
